On 15 February 2021, the application period opened for the NOW and TVL grants (from 12:00) for the first quarter of 2021 (January, February and March 2021).
NOW
We are now in the fourth application period for the NOW (Emergency Measure to Safeguard Jobs) scheme (NOW-4). The Government has opened the funding tap a little wider again for this period.

NOW-4 can be used when UWV must be applied for by Sunday (!) 14 March 2021.
Adoption of NOW-1
As part of the first application period for the NOW scheme (NOW-1), the first deadline for submitting an application for the grant to be finalised is approaching.
Applicants for NOW-1, which are not required to submit an auditor’s report, the application for the grant to be determined must be submitted by 31 October 2021 have submitted submitted on 23 March 2021 (with an auditor’s report, this must be done by 29 June 2021 at the latest). If no application is made for the NOW-1 grant, or if the application is submitted too late, the UWV will set the grant at zero. The full advance must then be repaid.
TVL
The Fixed Costs Allowance (TVL) is now in its third application period (TVL-3). The TVL was preceded by the TOGS emergency scheme.
The decree setting out the provisions of TVL-3 was not published until 12 February 2021 in the Official Gazette. We fill our factsheet about the TVL as soon as possible.
TVL-3 can be used with RFO may be applied for up to and including 30 April 2021.
For TVL-1, applications for the grant must be submitted by 1 April 2021 (TVL-2: 1 July 2021 and TVL-3: 1 October 2021).
