In 2013, the partnership between the VWG Group and NijhofRSB was expanded into a full merger. This merger gave rise to VWGNijhof. Although the merger has brought significant benefits, the intended effect of the merger – the well-known ‘1 + 1 = 3’ – has not materialised.
It has therefore been decided to revert to the original entities with effect from 1 July, namely (formerly) NijhofRSB in Arnhem and (formerly) VWG Group, with offices in Nijmegen and Wijchen. The offices will continue to operate independently under new names.
Both offices will continue to offer the following range of services: accountancy, tax, legal services and payroll administration, with the Nijmegen and Wijchen branches also continuing to operate corporate finance and audit practices. Little will change for our clients; they will retain the same point of contact.
