In Q2, VWG Corporate Finance is focusing its expertise primarily on financial and economic consultancy

In the first quarter, we were able to capitalise on the favourable M&A climate and assist various clients with acquisition, disposal or financing processes. The M&A market has been subdued as a result of the coronavirus crisis. However, we expect to be able to complete a number of transactions in the second quarter as well. At present, the focus of many business owners is on keeping their businesses running and managing their liquidity position.

Liquidity budget
VWG Corporate Finance can support you during these turbulent times. We are already drawing up liquidity budgets for a number of clients. Using three scenarios, we can help you understand the impact of a fall in turnover on your liquidity position. We can also examine your cost structure, accounts receivable and payable policies, and stock management in order to optimise these where necessary.
