However, if you had already applied for reduced working hours at the time, you will have received a letter stating that you must provide additional information by 30 April at the latest by applying for NOW. This is odd, given that the NOW scheme remains open until 31 May.<\/p>\n<h4>What does the UWV say?<\/h4>\n<p>Enquiries made to the UWV recently have not provided an answer to the question: what happens if you do not apply for the NOW scheme by 30 April at the latest? It may, in fact, be wise to wait until the end of May before applying for the NOW scheme, as you will then have a clearer picture of your final drop in turnover.<\/p>\n<p>We have asked the SRA to consult with the UWV on this matter. It has now emerged that the UWV has informed the SRA that it is not a problem if an application for NOW is submitted after 30 April. Any previously submitted application for reduced working hours (which has been converted to the NOW scheme) will then be deemed not to have been submitted.<\/p>\n<h4>Conclusion<\/h4>\n<p>In other words: it is still possible to apply for NOW after 30 April if you had previously applied for reduced working hours.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zoals bekend is de regeling van werktijdverkorting omgezet naar de NOW-regeling.
