Thanks to economic growth, the M&amp;A market remained robust, both nationally and internationally, resulting in a rising number of transactions by both strategic and financial parties.<\/p>\n<p>VWG Corporate Finance can also look back on a successful year. With great enthusiasm, passion and dedication, we have been able to support various new and existing clients in a range of transactions. In addition to domestic transactions, we once again carried out international transactions. For example, we acquired companies in Switzerland and Germany on behalf of Novio Packaging, completed an MBO transaction in Germany, and sold Technisch Bureau Holl to the UK-based Luby Group.<\/p>\n<p>Every year, VWG Corporate Finance advises numerous entrepreneurs on matters relating to mergers, acquisitions, valuations, return on investment advice, structuring and financing.
