This merger gave rise to VWGNijhof. Although the merger has brought significant benefits, the intended effect of the merger \u2013 the well-known \u20181 + 1 = 3\u2019 \u2013 has not materialised.<\/p>\n<p>It has therefore been decided to revert to the original entities with effect from 1 July, namely (formerly) NijhofRSB in Arnhem and (formerly) VWG Group, with offices in Nijmegen and Wijchen. The offices will continue to operate independently under new names.<\/p>\n<p>Both offices will continue to offer the following range of services: accountancy, tax, legal services and payroll administration, with the Nijmegen and Wijchen branches also continuing to operate corporate finance and audit practices.
