The lorry charge will come into force on 1 July 2026 and will apply to all lorries, both domestic and foreign. Truck owners will pay a charge per kilometre travelled. As a result of the temporary reduction, the average rate will fall from \u20ac0.191 to \u20ac0.148 per kilometre.
