It should be noted, however, that the Senate has not yet approved this ministry's budget, so the schemes have not yet been fully finalised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">COVER<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By virtue of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rvo.nl\/subsidies-financiering\/cover\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Grant scheme Collectives SME Sustainability Travel Behaviour<\/a> (COVER) funding can be obtained for projects and activities aimed at making the travel behaviour of SME employees more sustainable on a lasting basis. (Collectives of) employers must make it possible to reduce the use of fossil fuels in business travel. The scheme covers commuting and business transport of employees, not so-called logistics traffic. Only legal entities can receive this subsidy. The scheme sets requirements for the degree of CO<sub>2<\/sub> is reduced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SPriLa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rvo.nl\/subsidies-financiering\/laadinfrastructuur\/sprila-aanschaf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Subsidy scheme Private Charging Infrastructure at Businesses<\/a> (SPRILA) encourages the construction of charging infrastructure on premises leased or owned by the entrepreneur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Private charging infrastructure is charging infrastructure that, while in use, can only be used at certain times by a specific group of users. This applies within the times that the charging facility is accessible. Other users may also use the charging infrastructure, but not always. The charging infrastructure may therefore not be publicly accessible to everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SPuLa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rvo.nl\/subsidies-financiering\/laadinfrastructuur\/spula\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Public Charging Infrastructure Heavy Transport Grant Scheme<\/a> (SPULA), the government encourages the construction of publicly accessible sites with charging infrastructure for heavy vehicles. The scheme imposes requirements on the location where the charging infrastructure is built.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STour<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rvo.nl\/subsidies-financiering\/stour\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Subsidy for emission-free coaches<\/a> (STour) aims to put 500 electric coaches on the Dutch road in the next few years. The subsidy can only be obtained for the purchase of brand new electric coaches, which meet a number of specific conditions. For hydrogen-powered coaches, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rvo.nl\/subsidies-financiering\/waterstof-mobiliteit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hydrogen in mobility grant scheme<\/a> (SWIM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SWIM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hydrogen in Mobility Subsidy Scheme (SWIM) supports all kinds of investments related to hydrogen driving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NOTE: Several specific conditions apply to each of the listed grant schemes, which we do not mention in this short article. In addition, different application periods and formalities apply to each of the subsidy schemes.
