What will change?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">One insulation measure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2023, the grant can also be applied for if only one insulation measure is carried out. However, that measure must have been carried out after 1 April 2022. The grant will then amount to approximately 15% of the insulation costs. If a second (or more) measure is carried out within 24 months, the grant will be doubled to approximately 30%. The exact grant amounts can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rvo.nl\/subsidies-financiering\/isde-wat-wijzigt-er-vanaf-2023#subsidiebedragen-isolatiemaatregelen-2023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Glass<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The subsidy for glass insulation is calculated per square metre. For glass installed on or after 1 January 2023, the total area of the window frame and glass is measured from the inside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cooking facilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From 2023, you will be able to apply for a grant towards the purchase of an electric vehicle. This grant amounts to \u20ac400. The conditions are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the property is connected to a district heating network;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After 1 April 2022, the gas meter will have been permanently removed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No ISDE grant was received for the connection to the district heating network;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The new, unused electric hob was purchased after 1 April 2022.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Heat pumps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From 2023, heat pumps will be permitted to have a higher capacity. The thermal capacity of the heat pump may be 400 kW (for interconnected systems: 500 kW).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Homeowners\u2019 Association<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The grant for Owners\u2019 Associations (VvE) will be transferred to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rvo.nl\/subsidies-financiering\/svve\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Subsidy Scheme for Making Owners\u2019 Associations More Sustainable (SVVE)<\/a>. For solar panels and wind turbines, owners\u2019 associations can still apply for ISDE funding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ISDE application<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From 2023, the application deadline for the grant will be extended. Homeowners will have no fewer than 24 months to submit their application.
