On 15 February 2021, the application period opened for the NOW and TVL grants (from 12:00) for the first quarter of 2021 (January, February and March 2021).<\/p>\n

NOW<\/h4>\n

We are now in the fourth application period for the NOW (Emergency Measure to Safeguard Jobs) scheme (NOW-4). The Government has opened the funding tap a little wider again for this period.<\/p>\n

NOW-4 can be used when UWV<\/a> must be applied for by Sunday (!) 14 March 2021.<\/p>\n

Adoption of NOW-1<\/h4>\n

As part of the first application period for the NOW scheme (NOW-1), the first deadline for submitting an application for the grant to be finalised is approaching.<\/p>\n

Applicants for NOW-1, which are not required to submit an auditor\u2019s report, <\/span>the application for the grant to be determined must be submitted by 31 October 2021<\/strong><\/span> have submitted submitted on 23 March 2021 (with an auditor\u2019s report, this must be done by 29 June 2021 at the latest).<\/del> See also our information sheet<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If no application is made for the NOW-1 grant, or if the application is submitted too late, the UWV will set the grant at zero. The full advance must then be repaid.<\/p>\n

TVL<\/h4>\n

The Fixed Costs Allowance (TVL) is now in its third application period (TVL-3). The TVL was preceded by the TOGS emergency scheme.<\/p>\n

The decree setting out the provisions of TVL-3 was not published until 12 February 2021 in the Official Gazette<\/a>. We fill our factsheet<\/a> about the TVL as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

TVL-3 can be used with RFO<\/a> may be applied for up to and including 30 April 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For TVL-1, applications for the grant must be submitted by 1 April 2021 (TVL-2: 1 July 2021 and TVL-3: 1 October 2021).<\/p>\n
